Situated in the charming Yorkshire village of Hardraw, beneath the rising fells of Great Shunner Fell,
just outside of the town of Hawes, The Green Dragon Inn stands in a stunning location overlooking Upper Wensleydale.
This ancient traditional Dales Inn, dating from 13th century, with flagged floors, open fires, beamed ceilings, stone walls is a privately owned free house.
The Inn has been lovingly restored ensuring it maintained it's original features incorporating some contemporary fittings.
Free car parking & beer garden at the rear of the pub.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in the bar.
We love our beer here at The Green Dragon Inn Hardraw and pride ourselves on it’s condition and selection.
We support our local breweries and always try keep to Theakston Best Bitter on.
You will normally find an impeccable pint of Theakston Old Peculier too; we have regular customers who travel miles to indulge!
We are also incredibly fond of our very local breweries, just down the road, who produce a staggering range of beers which come in all manner of styles and tastes.
We usually have either Muker Silver or Buttertubs on, produced at Askrigg and usually have a second ‘special’ on from other local breweries as well.
